It would not work to fix the light pollution problem. * Wild animals, don't have these glasses, so they will keep being strongly affected. * The light get scattered on the atmosphere, buildings, clouds, etc, so a weird range of time shifts would occur. * This wouldn't work if you are trying to do photos !
