I think it is definitely possible. I don’t know of any led grow lights that make yellow tinged light, nor any reason they would want led lights with such a low color temperature. Double ended hps bulbs are still pretty efficient and I’m sure many greenhouses haven’t switched over. Gavita is a huge manufacturer and pioneer of lights like this and is based in the Netherlands.
