The issue with all these systems is: you aren't measuring anything useful, you are just measuring what you can measure AND the people who use these reports are clueless. More common sense about the real world is needed. In economics, you have people making huge top-down decisions who, often, have spent years studying how to become stupid. More and more of the world is going this way as the "specialists/self-appointed experts" take over.
