I wanted to share this article because, even as a user in the top 0.99%[1], I constantly get railroaded by "power trolls" -- I was extremely active on the site 6 years ago, but I barely answer/ask any questions anymore (maybe once or twice a year). I have countless examples of some of my old questions or answers (with 100+ upvotes) being closed almost a decade later just so some new moderator can earn a few brownie points.
