  This is correct. The problem is the lobbying has stopped making forms easier or non-existent. They are complex because of private corporate influence, not the constituents of the I.R.S..

    What does that have to do with the ability to e-file for free? I didn't say it was a good option, just that it existed. There's plenty to complain about without making things up ("You CAN, if...
