Achieving zero bias is among the most difficult things to write in journalism, even in something as seemingly binary as technology. A bigger question might be "was the answer any different than what you imagined it would be?" Even if journalism is far from objective, I think people are good at making inferences as to what really happened in the articles they read (at least in this crowd).
