Yeah, nobody has the right to diagnose anybody with "having mental issues", and if the author knows more about Stallman personally, it isn't his place to bring that up here, IMO. Also, "poorly socialized because nobody taught him manner" sounds subjective and I feel has no place in a piece like this. Other than that, I think the author has mostly valid and excellent points.
