In any case, Windows 10 is a pretty bad OS, ignoring the privacy violations and telemetry, update annoyances, etc., the reason I think it is a bad OS is because of how bad it runs on a lot of hardware, including really expensive desktop Ryzen PCs with 32GB of RAM and a NVMe SSD. It's sluggish, it takes ages to open Explorer, Calculator, etc., and the built-in apps such as Settings often crash or get stuck. It's not due to software, that happens on a lot of hardware on a fresh install of Windows 10 19H1/1903/May2019Update thing.
