- cmdshiftf4 7y agoWhen disagreement almost ensures punishment (further indoctrination sessions with some career damage taken, on the "least harsh" side of the spectrum, to the loss of one's job, income and a heavily tarnished reputation on the other), I would be less inclined to call it indoctrination and more inclined to call it forced re-education.
