That's a lot of potential customers, myself included; I live 30 minutes north of a US state capitol, and my only option for terrestrial internet at home is 1.5mbps DSL (which I currently pay $70/mo for), or my cell carrier (which is spotty and unreliable in my house), so I'd definitely consider SpaceX Internet.
