- fedd 16y agothanks upvoters. just think, Americans never ever saw quotation or square marks in their documents or on the web, to the contrary to Russians and others (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mojibake#Russian_and_other_Cyrillic-based_scripts http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mojibake#Russian_and_other_Cyri...) this is sortof deserved, though :)
