Do you have an example of Twitter using its discretion to shut down a participant who (in your opinion) did not violate the site’s rules? (Where they didn’t acknowledge it as a mistake and later re-instate that person? Mistakes are obviously not completely avoidable.) We are talking about what will get you banned from Twitter, not what will get you called a racist jerk or a terrorist sympathizer or whatever by other participants on the site.
