While I get the idea and I get the benefit (I'm a programmer)... I see this as a pipe dream. There is not a manager on this planet that is going to be able to wrap their head around this. You need to take one of those case studies and create a video that demonstrates everything in a clear and easy to "sell to a manager" way.
