If a company donates services to a campaign, that is considered donation-in-kind under FEC rules. An FEC filing must be made.
Suppression of an opponent sure looks like donating services.
- inlined 7y agoIf a network decides not to air a political ad, would they need to file any FEC paperwork because that has value to all other candidates?
