Interesting approach. I would have the wallet given to the bank. The bank can't disclose the phone number of the customer but will be happy to give him a call and tell him he can pick it up in the branch. I remember vaguely having given a wallet with some ID and a business card of a medical doctor to the office of the doctor. They will never disclose private information but will call the owner himself.
