Awesome news. For quite a while we had ionic for Angular, react native for React, quasar for Vue, now glad to see ionic officially supports react from now on.
At the moment though, React-Native has 7x downloads comparing to Ionic: https://www.npmtrends.com/ionic-vs-quasar-framework-vs-react-native https://www.npmtrends.com/ionic-vs-quasar-framework-vs-react...
- yesimahuman 7y agore: downloads, it's not quite that simple. `ionic` is our CLI while `react-native` is the actual library that is installed and will be installed frequently for build systems, etc. Also there are multiple versions of Ionic under multiple package names. Not arguing that React Native has more NPM downloads though but Ionic is quite popular on its own!
