Two books that dived well into this subject. Unlike this article they have a bit more meat to their research. I would recommend giving them a read before getting your pitchforks only due to this article. It's bad and needs to be fixed but a measured response instead of a purely reactionary response will just make things worse.

- Pryde 7y agoGoing from the context of the comment, I believe parent meant something along the lines of: "we need a measured response instead of a purely reactionary response which will just make things work" At least, that was my first impression, definitely could be interpreting the comment incorrectly.
