- Art9681 7y agoYou can TRY to do whatever you want but there is no guarantee you will be successful at it. In many cases, your living situation will actively prevent you from even trying. Not everyone is in a situation to thrive. Some people are fortunate to have been born into, or be given a life full of opportunity, but for many that is not the case.
