Highly intelligent people should be pushed to physical exercise and forced to avoid sugary/processed food. I knew one girl with BPD and PhD and those two things helped her tremendously; every time she slipped her state rapidly deteriorated and it was hell for everyone around.
- insulanus 7y agoDid you mean a PhD, like a doctorate? And by BPD, do you mean Bipolor, or Borderline personality Disorder?
- bitL 7y agoPhD = doctorate, BPD = borderline according to older DSM-IV. PhD was in cognitive neurosciences, likely with silent goal for her to figure out what was wrong with her.
