Strange that they are also ramping up hiring in other cities at the same time. Could this be because they just want to clean house and lay off high paying employees and replace them with newly hired low paying ones. Also they can force to sell the stocks and they dont have to give it to new employees.
- throwing838383 7y agoi think it's just standard hire/lay off routine. It's not about the employees that get laid off. The purpose of the lay offs is to keep everyone else working even harder. People will work even harder to keep their jobs.
