Ask HN: What questions should I ask when considering job at early-stage startup?

As we all know, early-stage startups are inherently more risky (and potentially more exciting/rewarding) than more established companies. I include in this category, for example, a company I'm speaking with now that has 50 employees and $20M in Series A funding. Some questions I ask are 1. how's the business doing in general, what are the prospects? 2. what are plans for headcount over the next 6-12 months? 3. what are the biggest risks? 4. what's the relationship with investors like...is there more funding/runway if needed? What are other questions you think would be most important to ask?
