Every Model 3 has a forward collision avoidance that has a better reaction time than I do. I know because it's saved my life already when I narrowly avoided a suddenly stopped car in front of me. Tesla's Autopilot (not full self driving) has its issues, mainly with vague lane markings, but collision avoidance isn't one of them. I know plenty of drivers who fall victim and cause accidents because of the same issues that Autopilot has: poor lane markings, not seeing cars that are immobile on the side of the highway.
