Looking at the video [0] of someone "summoning" their Model3 from across the street, and into oncoming traffic, forcing other drivers to slam on the brakes to avoid impact I can't help but wonder if any of the drivers doing this are charged in any way for recklessness. Just because the accident was avoided at the last minute doesn't make it ok. The driver still showed a lot of disregard for the safety of others.
