Since you use different environment, this application may not work correctly . . .' " That seems entirely reasonable. If you're selling software and you've tested it for a particular OS, and someone using it isn't on the OS, why wouldn't you notify them that issues they experience could likely be resolved by switching to a supported OS? Anti-competitive would be preventing it from working at all on different operating systems.
