A New Way to Capture and Convert C02 Efficiently Has Been Developed
- codevark 7y agoSite should be called interesting-but extremelybadlywrittern-engineering.com] Most of that made little sense, as written. "that consists of zinc metal icons" wtf? proofreading? And what is this: "As the CO2 molecules approach the material, which has a propeller-like molecular structure, they [the CO2 molecules? no, wait, it's the propellers! no, wait..] rearrange and rotate [like.. propellers?] to trap the CO2 and change [oooh! what?] the molecular channels [a term I often use at the grocery, what?] in the PCP. That enables it [you know, that thing, the PCP?] to recognize [it's sentient now?] molecules by their size and their shape." Aaand.. that has what to do with what? Why are there so many sites like this? Where do these people come from? Northwest Georgiaforniastan?
- bipolar_lisper 7y agoUhhhh... plants? > One of the greenest approaches to carbon capture is to recycle the carbon dioxide into high-value chemicals, such as cyclic carbonates which can be used in petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals HAHA! Yeah petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Sounds super greeen, if by green you mean $$$.
