Shadow IT will always be created when the existing system or IT group can't or won't support the users' needs (imagined or not).
- dentemple 7y agoA good rule of thumb is, if you think your <medium-to-large corporation> doesn't need Shadow IT, it means you're not already part of your company's Shadow IT circle.
