I didn't know that such algorithm existed, this is impressive. It would be awesome if would be able to resize video to scale it to the target display, with face detection to avoid the wired effects.

The challenge with adapting any algorithm that operates on photos to video is ensuring consistency across frames so the effect isn't jarring.
