- ctdonath 7y agoI didn't say successfully foiled. Gov't usually "wins" these cases, but at great cost & deterred for long after. Pyrrhic victories. I didn't say regularly. I said "rare". Sometimes decades between them. Athens. Waco. Bundy Ranch. Twin Peaks.
