It's the same thing as giving fandoms names, pretty manipulative and creepy.
- askl83 7y agoI agree - the reason why companies do this is because creating a unified culture, which this falls under, makes it easier to manage your rank-and-file. Personally I avoid companies that talk about "culture" ad nauseam.
