- opencl 7y agoAs far as I'm aware there was never any sort of official policy announcement. They just started banning any new account without a phone number a few minutes after creating it at some point. I personally experienced it a couple of times and there was a big thread about it on here a few months ago[1]. Maybe they changed it back again?
