Avoid the issue: assign UUIDs to everybody.
- Aloha 7y agoI worked with a registration system that assigned every attendee a UUID, the issue with that is, most conventions have a badge number, as badge names are generally non-unique. The developer saw no issue with making people enter UUID's to search for badges.
