- inferiorhuman 7y agoYes, the situations are quite different because you're looking at environmental factors versus purely financial greed. As fun as it seems to be for folks to shit all over San Francisco, neither the rolling blackouts of the early 2000s nor the preemptive blackouts this week have anything to do with city or county management.
