I usually take note of what I did at the end of the day to give me an idea of how productive / unproductive I was. On a previous time I got everyone to just post their standup updates on Slack. It was quick and asynchronous. If you wanted to follow up with someone you could just talk to them afterwards. It also gives you a history of the past week, month, etc if interested. Data is useful and daily meetings are often pointless. Let’s all evolve our standup routine.
