This is a legitimate question. Even in developing countries that have much higher average income, paviating software is still super prevalent in commercial companies.
- iagovar 7y agoThey have access to internet (although unreliable most of the times) so they can work online. Freelancing is very widespread among those who have the necessary skills. There are a bunch of spanish forums where this becomes pretty evident. They also open bank accounts in other countries so they can get paid in dollars and not be monitored by the government. This people is trying to survive.
