There are just as many issues with that as the beginning of the day, IMO. What constitutes the end of the day, for example? It isn't unusual for teams to have someone who comes in really early and leaves early. Or someone else who comes in late and leaves late. Early enough for the 6-3 worker might be well before the end of the day for a lot of others.
