- scarface74 7y agoFrom what I can tell, they wanted a refund and contacted the app developer instead of contacting Apple. The app developer can’t issue refunds when a purchase is made through the App Store. For instance, if you buy a video from Udemy directly, they will give you a refund if you ask. If you buy through the App Store, they tell you to contact Apple.
