Can you represent “strong beliefs loosely held” using Bayesian representation?

A simple example or thought experiment represented in Bayesian notation should suffice. I'm not looking for a proof, just a stab at making this concept a little clearer in an objective way, and distinguishing how it differs from, say, "loose beliefs loosely held".
