I think the assumption is that given imminent cashflow issues We Work will have to contract in less/unprofitable markets. Also new business will generally be damaged by the ongoing farce. I also know of 2 (large) customers who moved from We work in the last year because employees were sick of the "unprofessional" workplace. One example was dogs pissing in the office!
