Isn't venmo just ACH underneath?
- scurvy 7y agoOnly when you take it out of their ecosystem. Otherwise you can send the balance to other Venmo users. There's also a debit card linked to the balance, like Square's Cash App and card. So you can spend the balance that way, too (assuming the merchant takes cards).
