Yes, calling 54o 3 way is loose but not crazy. Maybe I've just played too much PLO over the years. Also, Fedor Holz once won a major tournament shoving a similar hand a few years back.

  Calling allin 54o 3way is loose, crazy and extremely losing play in the long run. You have no idea what you are talking about. Some tournament shove has nothing to do with this.
