I am just curious. Is this something she could sue them over?
- djsumdog 7y agoI'm not a lawyer, but on the surface I don't think so. There's no slander or lying here. It's a public photo she posted. I'm not sure if this qualified as defamation either. A good layer might be able to get a nuisance settlement though.
