I'm a user/dabbler of OSQA, and the project is very nice. However, IMO there are several things holding the project back from greater community involvement: 1) the lack of an official GIT backed repo. 2) the current state of tickets (who's working on what, and how) is very messy. Its managed through Jira, and its just hard to see where things stand.
