This is a silly take. Data privacy is a completely separate issue from corporate governance, and by most analysts who cover it Facebook is considered a particularly well-governed company.

- vmurthy 7y agoThe way analysts are probably looking at it: Governance in the letter of laws/regulations : We'll give it a B- , invest and make $$ They are probably smart/cynical enough to know that governance in the spirit of laws/regulations is an F
