The Agile manifesto is absolute bullshit. It's a piece of rubbish which should have never been created. Here's the true Agile Manifesto: 1. Sack all your product owners and scrum masters, because they are useless and a waste of the salaries which they get paid. 2. Reduce a development team so it's no more than 5 people. 3. Give them god admin access to everything they need to run the show (cloud, CI, dev tools, etc.). 4. Tell them what you need 5. Get out of their way until it's done.
