Driving, this is only 984km. Shouldn't it be one hour?

- arnvald 7y agoI think that's a typo and they mean a trip from Beijing to Guangzhou
- LeonM 7y ago1000km/h is the maximum velocity of the train (Vmax), it's cruising speed will probably be lower. You also need to accelerate and decelerate, so the average speed (Vavg) will be much lower than 1000km/h.
