  That's simply not true. Find a credit union, for starters, that has unlimited no-fee and fee-reimbursed withdrawals from any ATM worldwide. This is better than any bank I've found in other countries I've been to or lived in. Then find one that also has no-fee overdrafting on margin, etc.
