- lacker 7y agoThen Iraq would have to make it illegal to own this sort of internet connection. A country like North Korea could do that, but not a country like Iraq or Cameroon that has some degree of normal freedom but intermittently shuts off the internet.
- TeMPOraL 7y agoA country willing and easily able to shut down the Internet is also perfectly able to temporarily limit or ban civilian use of a frequency range.
