It's nice to be focused on programming screencasts In one sense, the YT algorithm punishes me for not maximizing watch time, but I'll never fall afoul of this kind of concern and best of all I don't monetize through advertisers. I make tutorials and if people like them so much they want more, they pay me on a subscription basis. No advertisers needed!
