I would love to see a lawsuit arguing that any school that takes federal funds can't have legacy admissions.
- Analemma_ 7y agoThat's probably where we're headed. If this isn't already required by law (I'm genuinely unsure), I suspect this would be a rare case where Congress could easily muster bipartisan support to make it so.
- Ericson2314 7y agoOh I wouldn't count on that; I mean if it came to a vote maybe but it wouldn't.
- akvadrako 7y agoLawsuits are not the way to solve this. That would require the judiciary to basically create a new law, which is the job of congress.
