  The whole premise of “woke” movements is they’re the right kind of bigots — just like the bigots in the 1950s said. Progressivism is a cancer for egalitarian societies. And frankly, that black politicians can keep their job while associating with the Nation of Islam black supremacist group speaks to the long term double standards in government. For those who don’t know, the Nation of Islam is the group of black supremacists who gunned down Malcolm X when he stopped teaching black supremacy and instead preached universal brotherhood, following Malcolm X’s trip to Mecca. Obama associated heavily with one of their previous leaders, Louis Farrakhan — the man suspected to have ordered the assassination of Malcolm X.
